Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your FlowFoot device is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or not functioning
  • Incorrect item
  • Missing parts (charging cable, strap, etc.)

Contact us immediately, and we will review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Devices damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Products showing signs of wear beyond testing
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is:

  1. Return your current item (if eligible)
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement

This ensures you receive the correct item without delays.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank
